Job summary

Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Inc in Mason, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Project Managers in estimating, cost tracking, submittals, and scheduling. You will help coordinate contract requirements, perform material takeoffs, order materials, and ensure timely delivery of finished products to the field.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of architectural and structural drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).

Responsibilities

Support cost estimation for materials, labor, and equipment across project scopes.
Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation and submittals.
Coordinate contract requirements, scheduling, and change orders.
Perform material takeoffs and order materials; ensure timely delivery to the field.
Attend project status meetings and support procurement and fabrication oversight.
Collaborate with production control, shop, and field teams to meet deadlines.
