Job summary

Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Inc in Mason, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Project Managers in estimating, cost tracking, submittals, and scheduling. You will help coordinate contract requirements, perform material takeoffs, order materials, and ensure timely delivery of finished products to the field.

• Perform material takeoffs and order materials; ensure timely delivery to the field.
• Attend project status meetings and support procurement and fabrication oversight.
• Collaborate with production control, shop, and field teams to meet deadlines.

Job Summary

The role supports Project Managers in various aspects of project execution, including estimating, cost tracking, change order management, submittals, transmittals, documentation, scheduling, and project closeout. Additional responsibilities involve coordinating contract requirements, performing material takeoffs, ordering materials, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products to the field.

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

• Participate in project team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Collaborate closely with assigned staff to complete project-related tasks.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation.
• Provide support to production control and shop teams during the manufacturing of assemblies and components.
• Follow established company processes and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Analysis & Problem Solving

• Support cost estimation for materials, labor, and equipment across various project scopes.
• Help identify and resolve project-related issues, including scheduling conflicts, order discrepancies, and addendums.
• Assist with procurement, transmittals, and oversight of fabrication processes.
  
• Attend and actively participate in project status meetings.
• Aid the Project Management Team with material takeoffs, procurement, submittals, and coordination between field and shop operations.
