Job summary

Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to support Project Managers in estimating, cost tracking, submittals, scheduling, and closeout.

You will coordinate contract requirements, perform material takeoffs, order materials, and help ensure timely delivery of finished products to the field.

Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in estimating, cost tracking, change orders, submittals, transmittals, documentation, scheduling, and project closeout.
• Coordinate contract requirements, perform material takeoffs, order materials, and ensure timely delivery of finished products to the field.
• Attend project team meetings and collaborate with assigned staff to complete project-related tasks.
• Assist production control and shop teams during manufacturing of assemblies and components.
• Follow established company processes and standards; perform other duties as assigned.
