The co-op runs January through July 2027, with hybrid work and full-time hours. The role emphasizes building proofs of concept, developing process maps, and delivering analytics-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in a related field (Analytics, Health Informatics, Data Science, OR).
• Coursework or experience in analytics, process improvement, digital transformation, AI, or technology enablement preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with ability to translate challenges into processes and requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, value stream mapping, or similar methods.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, including generative AI, agentic workflows, predictive analytics, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes and analyze challenges to inform automation opportunities.
• Build proofs of concept using low-code/no-code platforms and analytics tools.
• Create analyses, reports, and executive summaries communicating value and progress.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track adoption and business impact of AI initiatives.
• Document data flows, rules, and platform requirements for Vertex data integration.
• Draft operating processes, governance routines, and data-quality review procedures.
