• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and build structure when the answer isn't clear.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch and continuous improvement of redesigned HR services.
• Develop performance reports and track results against goals.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of process issues and actions with owners and due dates.
• Lead working sessions with stakeholders to resolve issues and measure improvements.
• Use AI tools to draft communications and support rollout of process updates.
• Collaborate with HR service owners, HR operations teams, HR technology and leaders.
