You’ll work on AI-enabled transformation projects, build proofs of concept, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced biotech setting.

We’re seeking candidates pursuing an advanced degree with strong analytics, process improvement, and SQL/Python skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Analytics, Health Informatics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into defined processes and requirements.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes through process mapping, workflow analysis, or value stream mapping.
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, including generative AI, agentic workflows, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes and analyze operational challenges to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop proofs of concept using low-code/no-code platforms and analytics tools.
• Create analyses, reports, presentations, and executive summaries communicating opportunities and value.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact.
