Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master's degree program in one of the specified fields.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work full-time January–June 2027.
• 3+ years of full-time professional work experience before graduate school.
• Consulting experience in management, operations or HR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support launch and continuous improvement of redesigned HR services.
• Develop job aids, process guides, FAQs and checklists.
• Use AI tools to draft communications and support rollout.
• Partner with HR service owners and leaders; engage with external partners.
• Produce weekly progress reports and help measure outcomes against goals.
