The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior supervisory experience, and be willing to complete required background screenings.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisor role
• Successful completion of all required background screenings

Responsibilities

• Maximize profits and customer service by leading assigned category team and operating the store according to policy.
• Operates the store as the Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintains store security as a key-holding manager.
• Ensures the highest level of customer service and resolves complaints.
• Maintains merchandising and cleanliness; ensures operational efficiency.
• Trains and develops Associates and Leads.
• Facilitates communication through daily briefings and meetings.
• Drops off bank deposits and handles change orders as needed.
• Picks up café and grocery supplies as needed.
• Consults with the General Manager on associate performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
