Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead category team to maximize profits and customer service in line with company policies.
• Operate the store as Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintain security as a key-holding manager.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock levels within budget.
• Train and develop associates and leads.
• Facilitate daily briefings and monthly meetings to communicate updates.
• Support agency with shop floor audits and cash handling as needed.
