Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store as Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maximize profits and customer service by following company policies.
• Maintain store security and be a key-holding manager.
• Resolve customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and stock within budget.
• Train and develop Associates and Leads.
• Communicate effectively through daily briefings and meetings.
• Audit procedures to ensure policy compliance.
