Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned category team and operate the store as Manager On Duty.
• Maximize profits and customer service by following policy and guidelines.
• Maintain security and act as a key-holding manager.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain merchandising and store cleanliness; ensure operational efficiency.
• Train and develop Associates and Leads; communicate via daily briefings and meetings.
• Consult with the General Manager on associate performance.
