Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager in Hendersonville, TN, to support the General Manager and lead a high-performing team. In this role, you will cultivate a guest-first culture, mentor team members, and ensure operational excellence while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for maintaining food safety standards and compliance, analyzing business metrics, and scheduling team needs. Ideal candidates have a strong background in retail leadership and exceptional coaching skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a guest-first culture, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient.
• Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
