RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager in Knoxville, TN to be the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager and leading by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will own day-to-day leadership and help develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

As a Co-Manager, you will drive store performance, coach managers, and execute store-level strategies while ensuring food safety, inventory control, and a guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics (P&L, labor, sales).

Responsabilités

• Lead & develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Foster a guest-first culture and ensure welcoming interactions.
• Coach Shift Managers and team members through training.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and cash controls; manage vendor relationships.
