Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a guest-first culture.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Drive store performance, inventory, and food service compliance.
• Analyze reports and trends to improve sales and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing with the General Manager.
