RaceTrac is seeking a dynamic Co-Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving store performance.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach Shift Managers, and execute store-level strategies while maintaining RaceTrac brand standards. This role demands hands-on leadership in a high-volume environment with a focus on food safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing store team with accountability.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture that is welcoming and efficient.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Empower teams by setting clear expectations and giving feedback.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across shifts.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and ensure food service compliance and store cleanliness.
