You will analyze KPI data, maintain Windsor's visual standards, and foster a culture of respect and accountability while ensuring smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience developing and motivating teams.
• Strong communication skills for group and one-on-one settings.
• Ability to analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into actions.
• Focus on payroll compliance and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and contribute to overall store success.
• Lead and coach a team of up to 25 employees.
• Deliver the Oasis omni-channel store experience for customers.
• Assist with onboarding and talent development.
• Support store management with payroll, expenses, and reporting.
• Uphold Windsor policies, visuals, and merchandising standards.
