Responsibilities

• Act as the Store Manager's right hand to drive store productivity and sales.
• Coach and motivate a high performing team of assistants and stylists.

• Manage payroll, shrink, and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Uphold Windsor policy, standards, and Visual Guidelines.
• Contribute to brand-building and an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.
