Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager in National City, CA. You will act as the Store Manager’s right hand, driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring store productivity. You will oversee payroll, shrink, and expenses while maintaining Windsor’s visual standards.

You’ll lead a team of assistants and stylists, foster a culture of respect, and execute merchandising directives to deliver an Oasis of service for customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and performance with the team and store manager.
• Coach and motivate a team of assistants and stylists.
• Monitor payroll, expenses, and shrink to achieve store productivity.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and merchandising standards.
