Windsor Fashions LLC in New York is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to act as the Store Manager’s right hand. You will drive sales, coach a team, and manage payroll and expenses while upholding Windsor’s visual guidelines and omni-channel Oasis experience.

You will lead by example, develop talent, and ensure operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer loyalty and brand standards.

Formación

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

• Drive store sales and overall store performance.
