Windsor Fashions in Kendall, FL seeks a full-time Co-Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, shrink and payroll while leading a team of assistants and stylists.

You will analyze sales KPIs, coach staff, maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines, and ensure an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.

The role requires at least one year of retail management, proven leadership, and a flexible schedule; you will collaborate to deliver outstanding results.

Formación

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Willing to accept feedback and continuously improve.

• Strong business sense to drive store productivity.
