Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading a fashion-forward team at our Lake Angelus location. You will drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach up to 25 associates to deliver an Omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.

You will organize in-depth KPI reporting, recruit and develop talent, maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines, and uphold our culture of respect and accountability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Excellent communication skills in group settings and one-on-one.
• Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall productivity, including payroll and expenses.
• Lead the omni-channel Oasis customer experience and build brand loyalty.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into actionable improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store talent; foster a high-performing team.
• Ensure payroll compliance, store operations, and adherence to Windsor merchandising standards.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and make smart merchandising decisions.
