Windsor Fashions in South Portland, ME is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and coaching a team of up to 25 assistants and stylists.

You will lead by example with a focus on integrity, on-brand merchandising, and delivering the Windsor Oasis experience across omni-channel touchpoints. Strong leadership and communication are essential for this role.
