Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager in Buffalo, NY. You will support the Store Manager in driving store productivity, managing payroll and expenses, and coaching a team of assistants and stylists to deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and brand loyalty through omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Lead talent recruitment and onboarding to maintain a strong team.
• Plan and execute payroll, scheduling and store operations.
• Coach and develop a team of assistants and stylists for high performance.
• Uphold Windsor policies and guidelines and ensure a neat, compliant store.
