Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role; successful completion of required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maximize sales and customer service while following company policies.
• Maintain physical security; act as key-holding manager.
• Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve complaints to satisfaction.
• Keep merchandising and store cleanliness to standards; drive operational efficiency.
• Train and develop Associates and Leads.
• Communicate with staff through briefings and meetings.
• Handle bank deposits and cash pickup as needed.
• Consult with General Manager on performance and actions.
