Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Windsor Co-Manager to act as the Store Manager's right hand, driving sales, coaching a team of up to 25, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze KPI reporting, manage payroll and expenses, and lead onboarding to deliver an Omni-channel Oasis experience for customers while upholding Windsor's Visual Guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop/motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinker able to resolve issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communicator in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store productivity in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Train and develop staff to deliver the Windsor Oasis experience.
• Manage onboarding and talent sourcing to ensure a strong talent pool.
• Analyze KPI reports and translate numbers into actions.
• Uphold Windsor Visual Guidelines and merchandise standards.
