Windsor Fashions in Orlando is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to drive store performance and lead a team of Assistants and Stylists. You will partner with the Store Manager to meet sales, shrink, payroll and expense targets while upholding Windsor's Visual Guidelines.

You will coach a high-performing team, perform KPI analyses, and implement merchandising and operational initiatives. A strong communicator with a flexible schedule will thrive in this fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales and overall performance as a Co-Manager.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into actionable actions.
• Assist with payroll compliance, operations, and merchandising decisions.
• Lead and coach a team of assistants and stylists for top performance.
• Foster Windsor values and deliver an Omni-channel Oasis experience to customers.
