Windsor Fashions in Miami is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, shrink control, payroll and store expenses. You will coach a team of assistants and stylists, uphold Windsor Visual Guidelines, and ensure a high-energy Oasis experience for customers.

With at least 1 year of retail management, you’ll lead by example, recruit and onboard talent, and maintain brand standards while fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement.

Formación

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership to manage up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.
• Ability to resolve customer and associate issues quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and productivity, manage payroll and expenses.
• Coach and motivate a team of assistants and stylists.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and merchandising standards.
• Lead store operations with accuracy and integrity.
• Hire and onboard talent in partnership with Store Manager.
