Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and supervise staff.
• Ability to manage shifts, scheduling, inventory, and basic cost controls.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily drive-in operations.
• Train, monitor, coach and support Team Members, Carhops and other staff.
• Direct and assign staff to ensure quality food service and standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties and oversee staffing and inventory levels.
• Maintain records and documentation; ensure compliance with policies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints.
