Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to support the General Manager, lead by example, and develop a winning team. In this role you’ll drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure guest experiences meet RaceTrac standards.

You’ll work in a high-volume environment, manage daily operations, analyze performance metrics, and execute promotions. The position offers growth opportunities, strong training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Empower staff by setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts.
• Assist in driving store-level strategies to improve sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and cash controls.
