Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of functional experience.
• No formal management experience required, however has experience in leading projects and people.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to resolve operational and organizational problems and drive decisions impacting store finances and efficiency.
• Experience operating a POS system and various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to leadership and associate staff.
• Identify and create plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and resolve escalated complaints.
• Maintain inventory levels through effective replenishment and shrink control.
• Identify store hiring needs and conduct interviewing, hiring, and training for staff.
• Motivate, educate, and develop associates to meet long-range growth plans.
