Qualifications

• No specific education required, High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a retail leadership role or similar.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and in-store tech.
• Excellent communication skills with team, peers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient store operations.
• Supervise assigned department to maintain profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing goods.
• Foster a collaborative store culture by coaching and leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures and standards for areas of responsibility.
• Maintain company standards and ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
