RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to lead and develop a high-performing store team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll mentor Shift Managers, set clear expectations, and coach staff to deliver strong guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or restaurant leadership is required.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.
