Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required).

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture, ensuring welcoming and efficient interactions.
• Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Empower teams by setting expectations, providing feedback, and leading by example.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendors, and cash controls.
• Drive promotions and ensure food service compliance and store presentation.
