RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Co-Manager to support the General Manager, lead by example, and drive store performance. You will mentor Shift Managers and team members, ensuring guest-first service while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to food safety standards, with a path toward General Manager opportunities within a growth‑oriented company.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Educate team members on the importance of excellent guest service and provide tools and techniques to succeed.
• Establish a warm and welcoming environment for all guests, team members, and vendors.
• Provide clear, respectful guidance to empower the managers on all shifts. Lead by example through accountability, collaboration, ownership of key responsibilities and offering support as needed.
• Ensure guest transaction expectations, including managing line lengths, are clearly understood and consistently met by providing training and coaching.
• Ensure all store team members clearly understand and consistently follow food service safety and standards, providing additional training and coaching as needed. Conduct regular quality checks to verify compliance.
