RaceTrac Co-Managers are the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager and leading by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role drives performance, develops top-tier talent, and brings RaceTrac's mission to life by making lives simpler and more enjoyable.

You will lead a high-performing team in a dynamic, high-volume environment, with opportunities for advancement to General Manager and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a guest-first culture across shifts.
• Mentor and coach Shift Managers and team members.
• Set clear expectations and lead by example.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across shifts.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and store profitability.
• Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Ensure food service compliance and brand standards.
• Support scheduling and staffing with the GM.
