RaceTrac is hiring a Co-Managers to act as the store heartbeat, supporting the GM and leading by example. You will drive performance, coach teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume environment.

You’ll lead by example, monitor metrics, and execute store strategies with autonomy and support from RaceTrac’s proven systems. Roles offer comprehensive benefits and paths to store leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in retail/food service environments.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics (P&L, labor, sales).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture with welcoming and efficient service.
• Mentor Shift Managers and frontline staff through coaching and feedback.
• Drive store-level strategies to improve sales and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure inventory control, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
