Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, cash control, and vendor relationships.
• Drive promotional execution and ensure food service compliance.
• Ensure clean, well-stocked store aligned with brand standards.
