Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, mentor Shift Managers and staff.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling and staffing in coordination with GM.
• Provide feedback and accountability across the team.
