RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager, leading by example, and helping teams deliver exceptional guest experiences daily. As a Co-Manager, you'll drive store performance, develop talent, and embody RaceTrac's mission of making people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by mentoring Shift Managers and staff.
• Set clear expectations, give feedback, and lead by example.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across shifts.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and food service compliance, ensuring in-store excellence.
• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
