Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co‑Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced store environment. You will mentor Shift Managers, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence with a focus on food safety and brand standards.

You’ll use data to improve performance, support scheduling, and provide performance feedback. This role requires 3–5 years in retail/food service leadership and a strong customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High‑Performing Team: Cultivate a guest‑first culture, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient.
• Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Empower teams by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and leading by example.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts.
