RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to lead by example, support the General Manager, and deliver outstanding guest experiences every day. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, drive store performance, and ensure smooth operations across all shifts.

You will champion food safety and compliance while analyzing metrics to improve profitability. This role offers promotion potential into store leadership within a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team by coaching Shift Managers and team members.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture and ensure welcoming, efficient interactions.
• Drive store performance by executing strategies for sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and cash control; ensure food service compliance.
