Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Managers to drive store performance in a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment. You will lead and develop a high‑performing team, mentor shift managers, and ensure smooth operational execution with a guest‑first mindset.

You’ll analyze store metrics, drive promotions, and uphold food safety and brand standards. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team with guest-first culture.
• Mentor Shift Managers and staff through training and coaching.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and store operations to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure food safety, compliance, and brand standards across shifts.
