Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Managers to join our leadership team in a fast‑paced store environment. You will guide and develop staff, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth operations with strong adherence to food safety and company standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in retail/food service, plus 1+ year in management. You will read business metrics, coach teams, and promote a guest-first culture across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, mentoring Shift Managers and staff.
• Drive store strategies to improve sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relations, and cash control.
• Ensure food safety compliance and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across shifts to optimize scheduling and accountability.
