RaceTrac is seeking a dynamic Co-Manager to serve as the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager and leading by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
