Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability through store initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, cash control, and vendor relations.
• Ensure food safety compliance and uphold company policies.
• Schedule staff and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Analyze store metrics (P&L, labor, sales) and take corrective actions.
