RaceTrac is seeking a Co‑Manager to lead a high‑volume store, coach a dynamic team, and model our guest‑first service. You’ll own daily operations, drive sales, and mentor shifts under the General Manager.

Requirements include 3–5 years in retail or food service leadership, 1+ year of management, strong coaching and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P/L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a guest-first culture.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Empower teams by setting clear expectations and leading by example.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and ensure food service compliance.
• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
