RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to partner with the General Manager, lead by example, and drive store performance in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor teams, manage guest experiences, and ensure operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture with welcoming service.
• Mentor Shift Managers and staff through training and coaching.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory, cash controls, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure food safety, compliance, and quality checks.
• Assist in scheduling and staffing in coordination with the GM.
