RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to lead daily store operations in Alpharetta, GA. You will partner with the General Manager to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team performance, while modeling RaceTrac's standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required).
• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Cultivate a guest-first culture, mentor and support Shift Managers and team members, empower teams by setting clear expectations and providing feedback, foster open communication across shifts.
• Support Operational Excellence: Execute store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability; monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control; drive promotions and ensure food service compliance; keep store clean and aligned with RaceTrac standards.
• Champion Food Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular food quality checks, ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain necessary documentation for audits.
• Drive Results Through Collaboration: Analyze reports to identify trends and improve performance; assist with scheduling; provide performance feedback and drive accountability.
