Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co‑Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced Georgia store. You will mentor Shift Managers, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining food safety and brand standards.

With a focus on coaching and accountability, you will analyze store metrics, manage staffing with the GM, and promote a culture of operational excellence across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High‑Performing Team: Cultivate a guest‑first culture, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient.
• Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Empower teams by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and leading by example.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts.
• Support Operational Excellence: Assist in executing store‑level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution, ensure food service compliance, and elevate the in‑store experience.
• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and aligned with RaceTrac brand standards.
• Champion Food Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular food quality checks and coach the team on food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and organize required documentation for audits or inspections.
• Drive Results Through Collaboration: Analyze reports, identify trends, and take action to improve store performance.
• Support team scheduling and staffing needs in coordination with the General Manager.
• Provide performance feedback and help drive accountability across the team.
