Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. seeks a Co-Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager and guiding teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.

You will lead by example, mentor Shift Managers, manage operations, and drive sales while maintaining RaceTrac’s standards in a high-volume environment. This role offers growth, training, and a clear path to general management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and store profitability.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relations, and cash control.
• Ensure food safety, compliance, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with GM on scheduling and performance improvement.
